Welcome to the River Trace Community

River Trace is a wonderful development encompassing 158 large, beautifully maintained homes located off of Hanawalt and Granby Streets in Westerville, Ohio. Our community is within walking distance of one of Westerville’s finest elementary schools and a tremendous recreational area, Metzger Park.

If you already live in River Trace, we are happy to have you. If you are considering a move to River Trace, we will be very happy to call you a neighbor!

The River Trace Homeowners Association (RTHA) has as its objective to promote the general welfare of the River Trace development and the RTHA’s members. The RTHA accomplishes this objective by giving special attention to public improvements and safety, encouraging activities that benefit the neighborhood, and creating unity among our members at the community level. We conduct board meetings that help to direct the goals of the RTHA and encourage participation of all members to make the River Trace a place all members will be proud to call home.
